WON'T MY 99 CHEVY MALIBU LS BEGIN WHEN THE LIGHT OF SYSTEM OF FLIGHT EAST ON.IT RESEMBLES IT BUT IT NOT .WHY?

my 99 malibu chevy won't LS begin when the light of system of flight is on.it resembles it but it not .why? my acts of car as suits him to start, but if the light of system of flight is on top will not start. I cannot in addition to what make to make the light outward journey. it occurred 4 times. I am not sure if it is the system or the other thing of flight, but when I sit down there during a few minutes, the light of flight will die out and then the car will start. queest this that I should make?
