2006 CHEVY COBALT COOLING FAN?

2006 Chevy Cobalt cooling fan? Hi I recently purchased a chevy cobalt that was hit on the front left. The damage was reapired and everything checked out aat my mechanics, however when my cooling fan kicks on its really noisy especially if the A/C is on. Is this normal in newer chevys?
