I PUT A 97 ENGINE UPON A 96 TRAVEL MUSTANG DO I NEED TO SHIFT ANYTHING?

i put a 97 engine on a 96 ford mustang do i need to change anything? i have a 96 ford mustang and i needed to replace the engine. i found the exact engine but it is a 97 everything is the same but im still wondering if there is anything i need to change in order for it to work?
